CarvomiPrivacy policy
Carvomi is an app that shows your phone screen on your car’s screen. This policy covers the Carvomi app, carvomi.com, car.carvomi.com, phone.carvomi.com and certs.carvomi.com.
What we don’t collect
Your screen, sound, touches, typing, photos, app list and home layout travel only between your phone and your car, inside your phone’s hotspot. Carvomi doesn’t send them to any server and doesn’t collect them. There are no accounts and no ads.
What goes over the internet
- Car start page: when the car’s browser opens
car.carvomi.com, the page checks that your phone can be reached, then moves to the car screen served directly by your phone (phone.carvomi.com). This page doesn’t store anything. - Getting the security certificate: so your phone can make a secure (HTTPS) connection with the car, it occasionally downloads a certificate shared by all users from
certs.carvomi.com. No information about your phone or about you is sent. - Looking up addresses: when the car looks up the names
car.carvomi.comandphone.carvomi.com, an ordinary internet address lookup (DNS) takes place.
Like any website, the server (Cloudflare) may briefly handle your IP address while doing this. Carvomi doesn’t use it to identify you and doesn’t keep a record of it.
Permissions and why we use them

| Now playing (optional) | Showing the current song on the car screen |
Notification content is never recorded.
Diagnostic logs
Error and connection logs are kept only on your phone for 14 days. They leave your phone only if you tap “Share logs” in app Settings yourself (to wherever you choose, such as email).
Children
Carvomi is not aimed at children and doesn’t collect anyone’s information.
